Electric Motor Grease EP2 (Polyurea) 17kg | Polyurea Grease for Motor and High-Speed Bearings

Greyhound™ Electric Motor Grease EP2 is a green polyurea grease made for the ball and roller bearings in electric motors, fans, pumps and generators. Polyurea thickener gives very long grease life at high temperature with low oil separation, which is why it is the thickener type specified by most motor and bearing manufacturers for sealed-for-life and long-interval bearings.

With a medium viscosity base oil and a 270 °C dropping point it runs cool and quiet in high-speed bearings, resists oxidation over long service intervals, and does not harden or bleed out in hot motors. It is the correct top-up for motors factory filled with polyurea.

The 17kg pail suits industrial plants, fleets and grease pump systems.

Operating Temperature Range: -30 °C to +180 °C

Main Applications: Electric motor bearings on pumps, fans, compressors and conveyors, fin-fan and cooling tower fans, high-temperature pump bearings, generator and alternator bearings, sealed-for-life ball bearings, vertically mounted and large motors. Not compatible with most lithium and calcium greases, clean out when changing grease type.
