Soluble Grinding Fluid – Fully Synthetic Technology
Greyhound™ G-Cut Grind is a synthetic (oil-free) metalworking fluid, water-extendible, nitrite-free, grinding coolant. The product is fluorescent yellow and easily identified in water solutions. The concept of being fully synthetic also shows outstanding stability and performance even in cases of extreme water hardness. Upon dilution, this product yields fully transparent solutions which have a fluorescent-yellow colour which is added for identification. The resultant dilutions are mildly alkaline and demonstrate outstanding anti-rust characteristics. Even after extended periods in service, the dilutions remain clear and homogeneous for maximum cooling and workpiece visibility.
Application: Universal metallurgical application.

Greyhound™ G-Cut Grind contains corrosion inhibitors and other functional additives to impart the necessary performance for this category of product. Use of this product should be restricted to ferrous metals, high nickel, and titanium alloys.
Mixture Ratios: Grinding Steel 60:1; Grinding Cast iron 50:1. Always add oil to water and never the other way. Never add the product directly to the sump, add in the emulsion form. Always clean the sump thoroughly before a fresh charge.
