Spider Grease EP0

Application: Gyratory and cone crusher spider bushings and slow, heavily loaded bronze bushes

Greyhound Spider Grease EP0 is a semi-fluid lithium based extreme pressure grease blended on a very high viscosity base oil for the spider bushings of gyratory and cone crushers. The heavy base oil forms a load carrying film on the slow, heavily loaded spider bearing, while the NLGI 0 consistency lets it pump through the crusher spider lubrication system and automatic lubricators.

It has good water tolerance and washout resistance, strong rust inhibitors for dusty, wet crushing plants, and excellent mechanical stability for long service life. Supplied without moly for applications where a moly-free grease is specified.

Check the crusher manufacturer’s spider bushing lubricant specification before changing grease, and do not mix with polyurea greases.
