Greyhound Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluid 5L
Greyhound Fire-Resistant Hydraulic Fluid (FR-46 HFC) is a high-performance hydraulic fluid designed for fire-hazardous environments such as steel mills, forging shops, heat-treatment facilities, die-casting shops and underground coal mines. Specifically, this 5L HFC-type fluid uses an aqueous polymer solution containing more than 41% water for superior flame resistance.
Because the glycol-based formulation maintains excellent lubrication and anti-wear properties, it protects components while reducing fire risk. Moreover, it offers enhanced thermal stability, corrosion protection and low foaming, so it suits high-temperature applications where fire safety is critical.
Water-Glycol HFC Fire Protection
For example, HFC water-glycol fluids serve steelworks, foundries and underground mining where fire hazards are high. In addition, outstanding multi-metal compatibility ensures smooth system performance. As a result, hydraulic systems run reliably and safely. Therefore, operators meet industry safety standards while protecting equipment lifespan.
