Greyhound Grease Therm-400 EP1/2 protects components that run at extreme temperatures. Specifically, this synthetic clay-based grease withstands up to 400°C, so it lubricates reliably where ordinary greases soften and leak.
Because heavy and shock loads demand strength, the grease blends extreme-pressure (EP), anti-wear and anti-friction additives. Moreover, it resists water washout and stays non-toxic, so equipment runs longer between services.
High-Temperature Synthetic EP Grease
For example, the grease lubricates bearings, slide bearings, axles and joints under very high temperatures. In addition, it serves circulation fans on gas furnaces, transporter mechanisms and kiln tunnels.
