Greyhound G-Met BioCut SG delivers high-quality, semi-synthetic cooling and lubrication for metalworking. Specifically, this water-miscible cutting fluid blends special base oils with stable emulsifiers, so it cools, lubricates and resists welding during machining.
Because machining generates heat and friction, the fluid maximises cooling and lubricity. Moreover, it resists bacterial growth without borates, amines or biocides, so it offers a longer, cleaner service life.
Semi-Synthetic Water-Miscible Cutting Fluid
For example, the fluid suits drilling, planing and milling of carbon steel in normal water. In addition, it settles grinding swarf quickly for a clean emulsion. As a result, machinists gain reliable performance with reduced environmental impact. Therefore, always add the fluid to water while stirring, never the reverse.
